Scrambled eggs, the perfect choice for an energetic start of the day. In case there is still someone on the planet not aware of this, scrambled eggs are made from fresh eggs. Even though they are not high in calories, eggs are a rich source of high quality protein that is very beneficial in lowering and maintaining the desired body mass. Fun fact: protein from eggs contains a mix of amino acids second only to mother’s milk in strength.
Based on this, it’s not hard to conclude that scrambled eggs make for a very full breakfast. This tried and tested treat is quick and easy to make. One of the first dishes we know and love as children, keep eating during our lifetime, and never get bored with it.
There are so many options for enhancing scrambled eggs with different ingredients, in so many different ways. One of the tastiest and freshest is adding ajvar. Mixed in with the eggs, ajvar gives them an intense taste and a flaming color. This sort of meal comes highly recommended.
2 tbsp of ajvar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Gently whisk eggs with a bit of salt, and pour into a well heated oiled pan. Add ajvar straight away and keep stirring to combine evenly. Amazing with fresh white cheeses and tomato salad.
