Sandwich with flavored cheese, ajvar and crunchy green vegetables

They say that the secret of best quality bites is in the detail. This is definitely the case with this suggestion of ours for a wonderfully refreshing, fantastically crunchy and creamy sandwich that is perfect for a relaxing summer picnic for example.
Full of good taste of fresh green vegetables, flavored cheese and real homemade ajvar, these colorful homemade ajvar sandwiches will be even tastier if you make them with mildly toasted bread. Lettuce and zucchini, in addition to lots of minerals and vitamins, make this wonderful sandwich crispy, while the mild, gentle cottage cheese and ajvar are responsible for the well-known, juicy, irresistible combination of flavors.
In order to flavor the cottage cheese, we used fresh spices like basil and oregano. We invite you to play with flavors and create your favorite combination of flavored cheese, fresh vegetables and ajvar.

150 g of soft cottage cheese
10-15 leaves of basil
couple of fresh oregano twigs
juice of half a lime
salt and pepper to taste
ajvar with olive oil
lettuce to taste
Wash and dry fresh spices, finely chopped, and together with lemon juice, little salt and pepper add to the cheese and mix well.
Wash and dry vegetables, roughly cut the lettuce, and cut zucchini in half, and then cut them into thin slices.
Spread the flavored cheese on a slice of bread, put vegetables over the cheese and cover with a slice of bread with ajvar spread of it.
