A perfect recipe to make weekend mornings nicer and gather the friends around the table. These incredibly crispy and rich quick fritters, as their name suggests, are made in no time. They are great to eat with ajvar, pinđur, or ljutenica, and they are also a perfect match with jam, marmalade, fruit spreads, or preserves, so we are sure that anybody can find their perfect combination of flavours with these fritters. 300 g soft flour
1/2 bag of baking powder
150 ml lukewarm water
250 ml milk
30 ml oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoonful of fat or coconut oil
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them thoroughly.
Beat yolks, milk, and oil together, and then add mixed dry ingredients to the mixture and blend everything into a single mixture.
Add water and stir everything with a mixer. Finally, ladle a spoonful of beaten whites and mix everything together.
Ladle a spoonful of batter into hot oil and make shapes. Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides and make sure there is as much oil as possible in the pan.
Put fried fritters onto a paper towel in order to get rid of extra fat.
