Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

2 small red onions

juice of 1 lime

salt to taste

3 tbsp of ajvar with tomato and chili

Directions

Mash peeled avocados and mix in diced red onion, season with salt and lime juice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of ajvar with tomato and chili.

Ideal as spread on toast or dip with pita bread, veggies or meat.
