Can fast food be healthy food? Most often, the answer is no. But, not always. Sometimes 5 minutes is all it takes to prepare a meal or a side-dish that will provide your body with everything it needs.
Guacamole with ajvar with tomato and chili is just that kind of dish. You’ll need avocados to make it. Avocado is a tropical fruit loaded with vitamins, nutritious fibers and Potassium. Its low energy value makes it ideal for a balanced diet.
There are endless ways to use avocado in cooking, and guacamole is one of the most popular. We’ve added a bit of ajvar with tomato and chili in it, to give healthy food lovers an entirely new experience.
Guacamole with ajvar with tomato and chili can be either dip or spread. Paired with a slice of bread or some nachos, it makes for a healthy breakfast, or dinner. Pack it in your lunch box, and delight your company by sharing it with them.
2 ripe avocados
2 small red onions
juice of 1 lime
salt to taste
3 tbsp of ajvar with tomato and chili
Mash peeled avocados and mix in diced red onion, season with salt and lime juice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of ajvar with tomato and chili.
Ideal as spread on toast or dip with pita bread, veggies or meat.
